Once your order is mailed, it is out of my hands. All orders will be mailed USPS Priority unless larger orders will be through UPS or FEDEX.
Only replacement you will receive is if the incense is damaged on delivery. You have 3 business days to contact me for replacement. A picture must be emailed to me of damage.
